Delivery and Returns

 

Delivery:
Our furniture items will be delivered by our nominated carriers. They will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. If, however, the delivery is unsuccessful as nobody is at home at the agreed time or there are problems with access, the goods will have to be re-delivered and a new delivery cost charged.


The couriers do not assemble the furniture for you. The delivery is usually made by one driver and may need assistance for delivery of larger items.
We are neither insured nor obliged to deliver good up flights of stairs. We will leave goods safely inside the front door. If we do help out of courtesy we will not be held responsible for any damage carrying goods beyond your front door.

 


We offer an assembly service for large items of furniture but these needs to be arranged in advance, because for this service we charge extra.
For all furniture orders we offer the following delivery tariff:

2.  Within the M25: £195
3.  Home Counties, Devon, Dorset and Cornwall: £75 £95
4.  Kent, Sussex, Nothamptonshire, Leicestershire, Essex £125 - £195
5.  Rest of England, Wales: £195 - £295
6.  Scotland: £295 £395
7.  Europe:  Please get in touch to provide a quote on request


Prices shown are inclusive of VAT. As a guide, a one man delivery is generally any order up to 25kg in weight that can be carried by one person.
Charges are based on a maximum volume of 2 cubic metres (approximately equivalent to a 3-seater sofa or a dining table and 6 chairs). For larger orders, please telephone us on +44 (0) 1749 813 367 for a quotation.


Customer collections from our factory in Somerset are always welcome. At least 48 hours prior notice is required.

Returns:

Prior to delivery all goods are checked and wrapped adequately in cloth, shrink or bubble wrap. On receipt all customers are required to thoroughly check the product and signed for declaring you are happy and received the goods as described both safely and securely.


Most of our goods are ‘Made to order’ or bespoke, therefore we require 50% deposit to process the order to get it into production. These goods are specially made for you, which is why deposits are not cancellable, non-refundable and non- returnable. Any exceptions made to the cancellation policy will be solely at our discretion. Please notify us within 7 days by telephone of your intention to return the product and why.


If a return is agreed products should reach us within 28 days. We ask that the products returned to us are unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
