Orders and Payment


Most of our goods are ‘Made to order’ or bespoke, therefore we require 50% deposit to process the order to get it into production. These goods are specially made for you, which is why deposits are not cancellable, not refundable and not returnable. Any exceptions made to the cancellation policy will be solely at our discretion.



Our standard production time for each standard furniture order is 12-14 weeks. Bespoke or custom furniture is 16 - 18 weeks.  The raw wood and sometimes raw furniture may be imported and from time to time our shipments are delayed for reasons completely out of our control and therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for any orders that are late due to a delay with a shipment and container arrival. We aim to keep customers informed of any delays and always provide accurate lead-times where possible.


All of our furniture is handmade and small imperfections are part of the natural character of the furniture. Each piece is hand crafted and may vary slightly from the one shown on the website. We do our very best to ensure that all the items you see on this website are as close to the photographs shown but, since they are not mass produced and many of them hand-finished, some slight variations in colour, size and grain may occur from time to time. The above terms and conditions are applicable to both online, mail order and retail purchasing.


Finish and Shade

All our furniture is hand finished, so ensuring the distinctive and unique characteristics of each piece of furniture; as such shade, carving/grain and texture may vary from piece to piece. Every effort is made to ensure consistency of shade and texture but this is not guaranteed.


Colour Matching
We can provide a colour matching service, which is a bespoke service and is charged at 10% of the product order cost. Please note we can guarantee 100% colour match if have a sample to work against. If we work from pictures, images on laptops (due to colour/grain variations) we are unable to guarantee 100% exact colour match.


Understanding our measurements
All measurements listed on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee exact measurements due to the handmade nature of the furniture. The measurements are in imperial lengths. We use width measurement first for the longest part of the item i.e. front of desk, followed by the Depth, being the measurement from front to back, with the height measurement last. All our measurements are external measures.

We can accept credit card payments on the website, although this is not our preferred method. Due to high bank charges, and if we do to accept payments by card we will need to pass the charges on to you which is currently anywhere between 4-6 %. Alternatively to avoid this charge we prefer payment by bank transfer, cheques, banker’s cheque or cash. Please contact us for our bank details.
